Embrace utilizes a mobile application to facilitate requests for credit. Individuals using the mobile application may choose to share the mobile application with individuals in their contact lists. In such event, the mobile application may read a user’s contact list information (name, email, and phone number) to facilitate user initiated sharing of the mobile application.
If you fill out a contact form on our site, we store that information in a database and use the information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. In addition, we collect phone contacts in the mobile app when you share the app.
We may use similar technologies, particularly in mobile advertising, that use device information to help deliver our advertisements and measure advertising campaign effectiveness. We and companies we work with may collect your device information when you visit one of our sites or see our ads.
