Meet Eric Hantson, your dedicated loan officer at Embrace. With over 12 years of experience, Eric brings a wealth of expertise in loan origination, pricing, and strategic planning to his role.
Passionate about innovation and culture, Eric made the move to Embrace to leverage our cutting-edge products like the proprietary Property Value Certificate. He takes pride in providing his clients with an advantage in the highly competitive real estate market, while also safeguarding them from potential financial risks. Based in Morris County, NJ, Eric serves various areas, including Boonton, Mountain Lakes, Parsippany, Morristown, Randolph, and more, and he is known for his exceptional service.
Outside of work, Eric is actively involved in his community, serving as the treasurer of the Friends of the Boonton Holmes Library and supporting the New Jersey Harm Reduction Coalition. A graduate of East Stroudsburg University, Eric resides in Boonton Township with his wife, daughter, son, and beloved deaf dog whom he adopted when she was just eight weeks old.
When he’s not assisting clients, Eric enjoys baking, gardening, fishing, playing guitar, and indulging in his love for bluegrass music, the Grateful Dead, and Phish. He’s also an outdoor enthusiast who loves skiing, hiking, kayaking, and baseball, and making each day a perfect blend of family, music, and outdoor adventures.
